Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and 3D-printed components are protected from transit damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
